Simply put, expect to get better.

When functioning properly, your body is an amazing and resilient instrument that is capable of adapting, growing, and recovering from the demands of an active lifestyle. We don't believe that you should have to see a chiropractor on a weekly basis to maintain your health and activity goals. At Elevate Chiropractic and Rehab, we will help restore you to a pain-free functional state. We will empower you to optimal health through chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue and muscle therapies, and corrective and rehabilitative exercise. We strive to make your dreams of a healthy, pain-free life a reality.

On your first visit to Elevate, please allow for one hour with the doctor. It is important for us to have enough time to uncover the complexities of your specific condition in order to create the most appropriate treatment plan.

When you come see us, the first thing your doctor will do is take a thorough health history. This history will cover your current health condition, your current complaints, and health issues you have had in the past. Please come to the office with your new patient paperwork completed. We want you to have enough time to think about your answers.

A physical examination will be performed which may include laboratory analysis, postural assessment, functional movement assessment, and/or orthopedic and neurological testing. The doctor will also perform a careful spinal and musculoskeletal examination and analysis to detect abnormalities which may be associated with your complaint(s).

Once we have identified the potential cause(s) of your complaint(s), we will discuss our treatment recommendations with you before beginning care. Typically, we can begin care on the same day as your exam. Care will begin with chiropractic adjustments and soft tissue therapies to the areas indicated by the exam. Chiropractic manipulation, or a chiropractic adjustment, is a quick impulse delivered by hand or by instrument that will free a joint from a fixated position. Intended to normalize function of the joint, many patients will experience relief as soon as this therapy is delivered.

In addition to performing chiropractic adjustments, we will pay close attention to your soft tissue structures, including muscles and fascia. Many different methods are used to affect your soft tissues. These therapies are excellent at reducing spasm, freeing adhesions, increasing range of motion, and restoring neuromuscular function. We use a variety of techniques including myofascial release, IASTM (Graston), NeuroKinetic Therapy, Active Release Technique, kinesiology taping, as well as corrective and rehabilitative exercise specific to your condition.

The attention that we give to your spine, your joints, and your soft tissue structures, ensures that your recovery time is faster and you stay out of pain for longer.
